And it’s tough as good product managers you can really learn from are few and far between. I’m Petra Wille, a freelance Product Leadership Coach who’s been helping product teams to boost their skillset and up their game since 2013. And in these past years, I’ve learned that an individual approach to coaching is key to making sure every product person can unleash their maximal potential.
